Spirit Medicine
Spirit Medicine encompasses many things. It is the basis for all that is offered here at Heron Brook Haven along with our connection to Mother Earth. As with many things out there these days, there are names, labels and tag-words being placed on things. Some of this only serves to manipulate, as has been done with much of the Old Ways, and creates much disrespect and misunderstanding. Each culture had its own words for the Medicine people and the talents and gifts they shared with their community. This is truly something that can't be lumped into one category or label.
Heron Brook Haven chooses to give credit to what is at the heart of this and where it comes from. Everything comes from Spirit and is a gift when approached in a sacred manner. Here at HBH we don't limit or label the Medicine or experiences. This in turn creates the space for what is in the highest good to occur. We work WITH the energies and invite them to be part of the process. We connect with your Guides and Allies, and ours, to assist with these sessions. We find this makes a huge difference in the overall experience and healing for all involved.

Spirit Medicine can be anything, from connecting to and working with your plant and animal Allies to a full session involving working with our Guides and yours to heal or bring understanding to what is being presented. These sessions can involve drumming, rattling, energy work, spiritual guidance, feathers, stones, bones and more! It is truly magical and amazing.
Spirit Medicine is guided and led by Spirit and always brings forth the highest good and what is needed. Held in safe and Sacred space, approached with respect and openness, Spirit Medicine allows for great shifts and experiences.
